Request a congratulatory message

If you would like a congratulatory message for a birthday or wedding anniversary, please contact the Electorate Office at holsworthy@parliament.nsw.gov.au. Please include name, address, and the occasion as well as any supporting documents.

You can request a message from:

• The King and the Governor-General for Diamond (60th), Blue Sapphire (65th) and Platinum (70th) wedding anniversaries and every year after. 
• The King and the Governor-General for 100th, 105th, and any consecutive birthday every year after. 
• The Governor-General for those celebrating their Golden (50th) anniversary. 
• Governor of New South Wales for those celebrating their Golden (50th) wedding anniversary and 90th birthday and every fifth year after. 
• The Prime Minister for Golden (50th) wedding anniversaries and every fifth year after, and 90th birthdays and every year after. 
• The Premier, and your local state and federal member for Golden (50th) wedding anniversaries and every year after, as well as every 80th, 90th, and 100th birthdays and every year after.
